Fosse Way Honey 227g

Fosse Way Honey 227g

£7.00

The beehives are in the Cotswold Hills and surrounding area. The counties are Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire and Warwickshire.

English honey has a distinctive floral aroma which come from the nectar collected from garden flowers, trees and field crops within about 3 miles of the beehives.

Honey should be stored in a ambient place to keep the product spreadable ( please look at Fosse way website on advice on dealing with crystallisation if it occurs )

The flowers that the bees have visited will determine the taste and texture. If your jar of honey becomes too firm it can be revived in an airing cupboard or anywhere like that.

Whitening of the product on the top and sides isn't a problem - just stir back in.
