Fresh not frozen

All of our meat and local produce is delivered fresh, not frozen, with the exception of our poultry which we’ve found travel best frozen, but will arrive defrosted. We pack each order in a recyclable, natural sheep wool insulation together with reusable ice packs. We carry out regular temperature control tests to ensure our meat arrives at the correct chilled temperature.

Next day delivery

“If you order by 12 noon, you will receive your order the next day, Tuesday - Friday . You will receive an email from our courier partner APC to confirm your delivery time slot. “

Although we endeavour to get all parcels out on-time and delivered to you in the allocated time. We are currently experiencing difficulties with the courier system. Our boxes are now packed with extra ice to allow for the safety of our products to be left out of refrigeration for a longer time period. We now advise if you have not received your order within a 48 hour time slot. Then to return the box with the courier.

When you receive your order, you will have to place any and all meat products straight into your fridge or freezer.

Delivery days

We deliver Tuesday – Friday (excluding bank holidays). When you check out, you are able to select your preferred delivery date. If you choose a delivery day that we currently do not deliver to, your time slot will automatically be moved to the next available day. We will always try are best to contact the customer in these events but sometimes not always 100% completed.

For a premium you can also select a pre 12pm delivery slot or a weekend Saturday slot.

Where do we deliver?

We deliver nationwide to the UK mainland. We are unable to offer a next day delivery service to certain areas of Northern Scotland - the Islands and the Highlands. The shortest delivery time will be 48 hours, but sometimes longer. (See above for more details)

How much is delivery?

There is a minimum order of £15.00. We charge a flat rate of £15 for orders under £100. We have done as much research into delivery partners and methods to ensure your food arrives just as it was dispatched. In order to maintain these high standards, we need to use a specialist partner. Our chosen courier is APC. Todenham Manor Farm cannot be held responsible for our courier’s failure to deliver to the specified time due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. In these instances, we will, however, make our best efforts to correct the problem.
