This honey is runny ( please see our advice on dealing with crystallisation if it occurs ) and produced in the Cotswold Hills including parts of Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, and Warwickshire.

The bees keep the honey warm and liquid in the hive. We only apply heat during the extraction and filtering process, and to remove any crystallisation.
